However, due to the bespoke nature of our products, we kindly ask you to choose your items carefully before placing an order.  We can also make bespoke items should you have particular requirements.

2. Check Sizes Thoroughly: Accurate sizing is crucial to the fit and comfort of your Biothane dog products. We provide sizing guidelines for each product to help you select the appropriate size for your pet. Please measure your pet carefully and refer to our sizing charts to make an informed choice. If you're uncertain about sizing, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

3. Difficulty of Returns: Because our Biothane products are custom-made to order, the return process can be challenging. What happens if my dog chews it?: Biothane boasts a robust pulling capacity and a longevity beyond that of nylon or uncoated webbing leads; however, if left unsupervised, canines may be able to chew through it as with any other lead, so we discourage leaving it in a situation where this can occur as this will void any warranty.
